Peter Gordon

Peter began his hospitality career in New Orleans, working for esteemed groups such as Hillstone and the Brennan’s family. Upon returning to his hometown of Denver, Peter worked on the development of the Edible Beats restaurant group assisting in the opening of numerous top-rated restaurants and venues in Denver and Aspen. Wanting to return to the spirit and sense of community cultivated in New Orleans, Peter is excited to a make Sofia part of the city’s dynamic hospitality community. Peter’s passion for hospitality means he prides himself on creating memorable experiences for guests. He understands that just like a good wine pairing, a successful evening is more than just the food, drinks, and décor – it’s the feeling that all those things create together.
